1. What slogan would represent you and your art the most?  

• We shall remember our roots - our ancestors, live in the moment and boldly keep up with the time into bright future that created by us!

2. What do you value the most in music?

• Its uniqueness. Language of the music is understood by people speaking different languages and any field of activity.

3. Many musicians say that they get to know themselves more and open own new talents because of your art…How the music influenced you?

• It may seem strange, but firstly on physical level, as I learnt to breathe correctly because of sazsyrnay and shankobyz, mastered laryngeal muscles due to guttural singing, I improved bronchopulmonary system, and of course, on metal level, the music improves a life quality)

4. What does music mean to you?

• I can’t imagine my life without it. Probably, for me, music is my life.

5. Who are your idols?

• Frankly, I believe everyone has something to learn, but at the same time I have no idols

6. If you weren't a musician, what would you be?

• Oh, I have a passion for psychology, I love baking. And all of my family members are economists and it so happened that I got my Master’s degree in Economics majoring in Management. I think it would be close to this area.

7. Do you think that musicians have all opportunities to become popular and successful in Kazakhstan (on globally)? Why?   

•   If we talk about musicians playing folklore instruments, then we have a distinctive, ancient culture, which attracts a huge interest in the world. In addition, in the last 30 years of independence Kazakhstanis have learned to learn and adapt quickly, so I think we have everything for it. And actually, I meet a lot of our fellows on tours performing both in various bands and collaborating with them.  

8. What is the ideal life for you as a musician?

• Balance between family and favourite activity, concerts, tours, recordings and shooting) And of course, you should never miss an opportunity to experience something new, because it helps to broaden your horizons.
